Shipping

All orders are considered final sales, there are no exchanges or refunds.  If necessary, changes or cancellations must be made by phone at 888-222-0311 during our business hours within 48 hours after ordering.

Our business hours are:

Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pacific time
We are closed on major holidays.

Orders will be processed the next business day Monday through Friday, not including holidays.  We must have a valid credit card on file to guarantee your order.

Because our products are handcrafted to order in Israel, you can expect your order to be shipped approximately 4 – 6 weeks after ordering.  If you need a rush on your order, please call us toll free at 888-222-0311 to make special arrangements.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority.  USPS Express is available at a higher shipping rate.  Shipping charges will be added to your invoice.

Repairs

Stefans guarantees its products.  If an item is received damaged, we will repair or replace it free of charge.  Please call us immediately at 888-222-0311 to obtain an authorization to return your item for repair.

If a Stefans Jewelry item gets damaged in your shop, or after you have sold it to your customer, we will be happy to work with you to have it repaired or replaced.  Please call us toll free at 888-222-0311 to make these arrangements.

Returns

Returns will be accepted only if the merchandise is damaged or defective, and only if return authorization is obtained from our office.  Please call us toll free at 888-222-0311 to request authorization.  Our authorization code must be displayed on the outside of the return package or the package will not be accepted.

It is very important that authorized return merchandise be shipped securely packed and fully insured.
